Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services and form a legally binding agreement between Experience Safaris (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“you,” “your”). By booking a tour or related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.Bookings and Payments
- A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the scheduled departure date.

- Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
2.Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@experiencesafaris.com.
- Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 30% of the total cost if cancelled 60–45 days before departure.
- 50% of the total cost if cancelled 44–30 days before departure.
- 100% of the total cost if cancelled 29 days or less before departure.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency, less applicable bank charges.
3.Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
4.Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.
- Complying with all local laws and regulations during your travel.
- Informing us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs at the time of booking.
5.Liability
Experience Safaris will not be liable for:
- Loss, injury, or damage arising from delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”).
- Any personal injury, illness, or death unless directly caused by our negligence.
6.Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, and personal belongings is mandatory for all clients.
7.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
